Cathy works closely with Pike Street Capital’s portfolio companies to implement marketing strategies and commercial infrastructure that accelerate growth. She brings 20+ years’ experience growing middle market organizations in the manufacturing technology sector, having held marketing leadership roles at Radiant Vision Systems, Microscan, and Synrad (now owned by Konica Minolta, Omron, and Novanta, respectively). Her background has equipped her with directly applicable expertise that can be applied across the firm’s portfolio companies to realize growth objectives during the critical first months following acquisition.
Prior to joining Pike Street, Cathy was Director of Marketing for Radiant Vision Systems, where she led the global marketing strategy for this provider of photometric light and color measurement systems. During her tenure at Radiant, she oversaw the rebranding of the organization from an R&D company to a global manufacturing partner to top consumer electronics brands. She previously held the positions of Global Commercial Marketing Manager for Microscan, a maker of machine vision and bar code readers, and Marketing Manager at Synrad, a manufacturer of industrial CO2 lasers.
She has a BA from Whitman College.
