Dave is a Founding Partner at Pike Street Capital. Previously, he served as Partner at Seattle-based private equity firm Evergreen Pacific Partners. At Evergreen, he led origination and execution of transactions to provide liquidity for business owners or capital for business growth.
Prior to Evergreen, Dave was a middle market focused investment banker with a 15 year career in Mergers and Acquisitions. His roles included, Managing Director of D.A. Davidson's Seattle office, Vice President M&A for Piper Jaffray in Seattle and Los Angeles, and Vice President with Key Bank's Investment Banking Group.
Dave holds a BA degree from Davidson College, where he was captain of the Division I tennis team, and a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In 2005, Dave was recognized by Investment Dealers’ Digest as one of the top “40 under 40” investment bankers nationally.
