She now steps into a direct role at Pike Street, supporting value creation across the broader portfolio. Previously, she was Vice President at Xenon Arc, where she played a key role in advancing the company's strategic direction. She brings deep experience in leadership, team development, P&L management, and cross-functional execution - consistently building high-performing organizations by aligning teams around clear priorities, developing talent, and implementing disciplined operating processes.
