SEATTLE, Wash. – May 5, 2026 – Pike Street Capital is pleased to announce that Natalie Flocchini has joined the firm as Vice President of Portfolio Operations. Flocchini will work closely with Pike Street’s portfolio company leadership teams to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive operational performance, commercial growth, and long-term value creation. Among the initiatives Natalie will be working on include deploying strategic technology solutions and implementing AI across portfolio companies to improve operational efficiencies and enable more effective customer acquisition.

Flocchini brings a track record of turning strategic vision into measurable results. Most recently, she served as Head of Strategy at Pike Street portfolio company Bennett, where she helped establish the company's post-acquisition roadmap and growth priorities. She now steps into a direct role at Pike Street, supporting value creation across the broader portfolio. Previously, she was Vice President at Xenon Arc, where she played a key role in advancing the company's strategic direction. She brings deep experience in leadership, team development, P&L management, and cross-functional execution - consistently building high-performing organizations by aligning teams around clear priorities, developing talent, and implementing disciplined operating processes.

“Natalie has already made a significant impact at Bennett, and we’re excited to bring that value across the broader portfolio,” said Paul Caragher, Partner at Pike Street Capital. “Her ability to build teams, drive accountability, and help businesses execute with discipline will continue to strengthen our Strategy-to-Execution approach. She is a great addition to the team.”

“Pike Street’s portfolio is a natural fit with the work I’ve spent my career doing - businesses in similar industries, at comparable stages of growth, and navigating many of the same operational challenges," said Flocchini. “I am energized by the opportunity to work alongside these teams and help translate that experience into meaningful, measurable results.”

Natalie’s addition reflects Pike Street’s Strategy-to-Execution (S2E) operating model - a differentiated, action-oriented approach to portfolio engagement designed to help businesses execute more effectively and realize their full potential.
