Pomona, Calif. – September 11, 2025 – Superior Duct Fabrication (“Superior”), a leading fabricator of technical commercial ducting and related specialty products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Butler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will oversee all accounting and finance functions as Superior continues to grow and expand its ability to serve customers.
Butler brings extensive experience in finance and accounting leadership across manufacturing, business services, and private equity-backed companies. He spent a decade at VXI Global Solutions, a Carlyle and Bain Capital–backed business process outsourcing company, initially joining as Corporate Controller and advancing to CFO. He also previously served as Senior Vice President at Yellowstone Capital Advisors, leading the firm’s sell-side advisory efforts. Butler is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and member of the university’s Accounting Advisory Board.
Butler joins Superior as the company continues to scale operations to meet the growing demands for efficiency and air quality across its diverse end markets, including healthcare, education, industrial, and government facilities, as well as semiconductor and data centers.
