SEATTLE, Wash. – September 14, 2026 – Bennett LLC ("Bennett"), a portfolio company of Pike Street Capital, announced that it has completed a majority investment in Coastal Growers Supply, Inc. ("CGS"), a leading provider of liquid fertilizer blending, chemical distribution and application, and specialty crop agronomy services serving growers across coastal California. The transaction broadens Bennett’s capabilities and strengthens its presence in California’s agricultural market.
CGS brings decades of experience providing agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, crop protection chemicals, tools, and equipment, along with expertise in product selection and application. Its crop advisory team works directly with growers to improve soil health, manage pests, optimize yields, and increase efficiency. Together with Bennett’s plant health, water, and energy solutions, the combined offering gives growers access to a broader range of products, expertise, and support to help them operate more efficiently and manage costs.
