Seattle, Wash., August 19, 2021 – Pike Street Capital (Pike Street) announces the appointment of Carissa Abbott as Operating Partner. Abbott will work intimately with the portfolio companies to create value within each investment, ensuring that management teams have the tools, talent, and processes in place to successfully execute their strategic and operational objectives. She will also provide strategic guidance and leadership during the diligence process.

Prior to joining Pike Street, Abbott was a Principal Product Manager at Amazon Web Services, where she led the strategy of AWS’ expansion in Europe. She brings extensive strategy, project management, and technical experience, having previously held leadership roles at Expedia Group and McKinsey & Company. She holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
