PumpTech Acquires Dakota Pump

Dakota Pump integration with PumpTech expands product line and distribution channels

Seattle, Wash. – February 14, 2023 - - Pike Street Capital, LLC (“Pike Street”) portfolio company PumpTech LLC (“PumpTech”) announced the acquisition of Dakota Pump Inc (“Dakota Pump”), a leading supplier of packaged pump stations and automated systems for the water and wastewater markets. Dakota Pump has three locations in South Dakota and a nationwide distribution network, extending the geographic reach, service capabilities, and product portfolio of the combined organization.

Mitchell, SD-based Dakota Pump began manufacturing water pump stations regionally in the mid-1950s (originally named Sanders Inc.) and has grown to become a recognized leader in packaged systems for water and wastewater applications nationwide. With decades of know-how, they are experts in water and wastewater packaged systems.
